In San Diego “to jam and massacre some legendary songs” at the after-party for Kirk Von Hammet’s Fear FestEvil, Exodus took the time to discuss lineup changes, moving forward and their upcoming Blood in Blood Out. Torch-carrying guitarist Gary Holt, drummer and co-founder Tom Hunting (now on his third stint with the band) and recently returned vocalist Steve “Zetro” Souza (also on third trip) sit in on this discussion. As to how they came to the lineup they’ve assembled for Blood In Blood Out, Hunting says, “We were at an impasse, and this album number 10, so it had to be special.” | ||
