Earlier this year Skid Row announced that Tony Harnell would be taking over lead vocals. This essentially shut door on any possibility of a reunion with original lead singer Sebastian Bach. Especially when the released a new version of their classic “18 And Life” with Harnell on vocals.
Well the honeymoon period has ended and without any explanation as of yet. Late yesterday Harnell posted this farewell announcement on his Facebook page.
So as quickly and shocking as his addition to Skid Row is equally quick and shocking that he’s no longer in the band especially after a successful run of tour dates.
There’s been no announcement from Skid Row yet regarding Harnell‘s departure so we can only speculate the reason why he’s out.
Does this reopen the possibility of a reunion with Sebastian Bach? We shall have to wait and see.
only one can hope
Regardless of the past with Skid Row, Tony Harnell is a great vocalist. I’m sure that if the right $ amount is brought up, Sebastian Bach will be back in the fold. Good luck to both.
