Tribulation, who release their new album, Down Below, on Jan. 26 via Century Media, share new song “Lady Death” via a Robert Piel created visualizer (note: this is not the official video and corrects a previously streamed version with audio problems):
The Swedish outfit, whose last album, The Children of the Night, was deemed a “masterpiece” (Stereogum) and “glorious” (Pitchfork), is on the current cover of Decibel Magazine.
“Today we are very pleased to announce the release ‘Lady Death,’ the second single from our upcoming album, Down Below,” said the band. “It is also our second collaboration with the film director Robert Piel, who created the visuals that accompany the song. We are also very proud to say that the amazing Anna von Hausswolff has recorded an exclusive track (‘Skäreselden’) for the b-side of the 7″ single. She also makes a guest appearance on the song ‘Purgatorio,’ also from the new album.”
